Recruiting, testing and monitoring agent network
Providing customer service to both Agent, Super-agent and customers
Submit reports on the operations of the Halopesa to the board of trustee on daily basis and or such other interval as the board of trustee may prescribe
Visiting channel on field for training, survey and introducing company’s strategies
Prepare the reports on the channel development on the daily basis and report to the management
Advice the management on the ways for channel development and management regarding to the current situation in the market
Assign business KPI to the related units and report for the implementation
Proposing business strategies and policies of Halopesa service
Expand and manage the distribution and merchant network
Support other duties by the assign from manager
Education:
The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Telecommunications organization (Sector)
Knowledge of mobile money eco system will an added advantage.
